Carbonhand is a revolutionary assistive device that has been available in Europe for many years. It was introduced in the US in 2024 and is currently available through Veteran Benefits. Carbonhand is easy to prescribe. The process typically includes three straightforward steps:
1: Patient Screening
A brief initial screening to confirm that the patient meets the inclusion criteria.

2: Evaluation and Trial
A clinical evaluation and Carbonhand trial is performed to determine whether Carbonhand is appropriate based on the patient’s condition and functional needs.

3: Order
A consult is submitted to Prosthetics, who will place the order.
