When you have a prescription, our coach will assist with placing the order and book a meeting for the Initial Setup and Training.
Our licensed Physical Therapists will help you with the initial Setup of Carbonhand and explain how the system works.
After the initial Setup and Training, regular follow-up and training sessions will be scheduled to ensure that you get the most out of Carbonhand and that everything works to your satisfaction.
After the introduction phase, it is possible to subscribe to a support package to receive continuous assistance with making further settings and customizations.
