Forllow the procedure below for warranty claims:

  1. Check the Ironhand’s functionality by doing a performance test.
  2. If an error occurs, do not use the glove. Consult the “Troubleshooting” documentation.
  3. If no solution can be found, please note that no service can be done by the operator.
  4. Fill out this Digital Warranty Form (Click on the Link).
  5. Include the warranty form, a detailed description of the fault and, if possible, photographic documentation in an email via: support@bioservo.com.
  6. When the defect is confirmed by Bioservo, return the failed equipment to the supplier.
  7. Make sure the package is well protected during shipping.
  8. Avoid shipping batteries. If a battery is shipped, please include the battery safety data sheet (SDS).
  9. If the error is not covered by the warranty, a cost estimate for the repair is presented.
  10. The faulty equipment will be repaired or replaced and sent back as quickly as possible.
