Communication from the Extraordinary General Meeting of Bioservo Technologies AB (publ) held October 9, 2018

At today's extraordinary general meeting at Bioservo, the following previously published decision was made: To issue warrants for the establishment of an employee stock option program. The increase in Bioservo's share capital will be SEK 77,122 at full subscription and full exercise of the warrants. This increase corresponds to a dilution of shareholders' holdings by approximately 4.3 percent, based on the existing number of outstanding shares in Bioservo.
