21 Aug, 2018
Bioservo Technologies has received an order regarding delivery and implementation of the Ironhand-system, worth approximately 900k SEK. The buyer is an international car manufacturer. After successful tests and evaluation of Bioservo’ s technology, this customer has chosen to start the implementation of the Ironhand-system in their factories. The order is the first one regarding Ironhand as a product.
Ironhand is the world’s first soft robotic muscle strengthening system. Ironhand strengthens the worker’s grip and support their lack of endurance. It has the potential to prevent strain injuries in repetitive work operations.
“It is very gratifying that we will now start the implementation of our technology in an international organization. It is proof that we have a strong offer. Ironhand gives a clear advantage in the work environment through its combination of power amplification in demanding operations and digitization in terms of ergonomic risk assessment to discover the risk of strain injuries”, says Erik Landgren, CEO Bioservo Technologies.
Delivery and implementation is expected to start in September.
